Every year, we invite a group of Grade 11 students to help us plan and deliver our Fundraising Gala in aid of BC Children’s Hospital.
Every year, YGYS hosts an Annual Gala in aid of BC Children’s Hospital – one of the top five pediatric hospitals in the world. We are proud to be a part of a community that supports their work.
Since 2011, with the support of our volunteers and community, we’ve raised over $275,000 for BC Children’s Hospital.

Every year, we host our Annual Gala attended by prominent members of the community. It’s an opportunity to raise awareness of BC Children’s Hospital vital work and contribute towards their fundraising efforts for groundbreaking research and advanced technologies that are needed to conquer childhood illnesses.
Our Gala is organized with the support of our volunteers. They are the driving force behind the success of our gala and any funds raised.
